PSA Shortlisted for the Manchester Property Awards 2026

Pettit Singleton Associates (PSA) is proud to be shortlisted for Consultancy of the Year at the Manchester Property Awards 2026.

This recognition highlights our contribution to projects across the Greater Manchester built environment. Importantly, it also marks a significant milestone in PSA’s continued growth across the region.

The shortlist places PSA alongside some of the most respected consultancies in the property and construction sector. As a result, the nomination reflects the impact of our work in helping clients create sustainable, high-performing and future-ready buildings.

The Manchester Property Awards celebrate the organisations, projects and individuals shaping one of the UK’s most dynamic property markets. Furthermore, the awards recognise businesses that deliver regeneration, sustainability, social value and positive outcomes across Greater Manchester.

Over many years, PSA has built strong relationships with clients throughout the region. We have supported projects across education, healthcare, commercial property and the public sector. In addition, our services span building services engineering design, decarbonisation strategies, sustainability consultancy, compliance and project delivery.

One recent example is our work with Manchester Metropolitan University. Here, we supported the creation of the Digital Education Nexus within the Dalton Building. The facility provides technology-enabled learning environments for healthcare and life science students. Consequently, it helps prepare future professionals for an increasingly digital world.

The nomination follows a rigorous evaluation process led by the awards organisers. Judges assess entries based on value, innovation and regional impact. Therefore, reaching the shortlist is an achievement in its own right.

For PSA, the nomination reflects our commitment to delivering practical, outcome-focused engineering solutions. Whether we support estate modernisation, deliver decarbonisation projects or improve building performance, our focus remains the same. We help clients achieve lasting value from their estates and investments.
