ettit Singleton Associates were employed as employers representative to develop the initial design concepts for the project, carry out the BREEAM assessement and vet and monitor the contractors proposals.
The facility incorporated high specification engineering workshops, laboratories and classrooms to allow the college to develop additional skills and forge greater partnership academic courses with employers.
