CLIENT OBJECTIVES
The College wanted to update its current facilities for its veterinary nursing unit, which included fully equipped small animal operating theatre, a radiography and dark room, isolation and veterinary examination rooms, animal rehabilitation room, housing units for different species of animals.
Key objectives included improving energy efficiency, ensuring optimal indoor air quality, and integrating building automation systems to enhance occupant comfort and operational control.
