CLIENT OBJECTIVES

United Utilities, serving 7 million people across the North West of England, identified the need to modernise its Thirlmere Building at Lingley Mere as part of its ongoing infrastructure investment programme. The primary goal was to create a more comfortable and efficient workplace for their staff through improved mechanical and electrical services. The project formed part of a broader £3billion investment strategy to enhance its infrastructure. The client required strict adherence to budget constraints and project timelines while ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
