CLIENT OBJECTIVES

Riseholme College envisioned a modern campus that would cater to a wide range of disciplines. They needed specialised facilities for agricultural innovation, vehicle maintenance, animal science, and sports. The client was keen on creating a space that would not only meet current educational needs but also adapt to future requirements. Energy efficiency and sustainability were key priorities, given the scale of the project and its rural setting.

OUR SOLUTION

Our team at PSA took on the challenge of bringing this ambitious vision to life. We designed bespoke mechanical and electrical systems for each unique facility. This included creating controlled environments for the Animal Science Centre, equipping the Vehicle Workshops with robust power systems, and designing energy-efficient climate control in the Agricultural Innovation & Science Centre. We also tackled the complex task of integrating these diverse systems into a cohesive, manageable network across the entire campus.

THE OUTCOME

The result is a state-of-the-art campus that sets new standards for land-based education. Students now have access to facilities that rival those in the industry, preparing them for real-world challenges. The energy-efficient systems we implemented have helped keep running costs down, making the campus sustainable in the long term. It’s rewarding to see how our work has contributed to creating an inspiring learning environment for future generations.
