CLIENT OBJECTIVES

This project involved upgrading and expanding a group of health centres funded by the Local Improvement Finance Trust (LIFT). Our task was to work with the existing building, and integrate the new construction seamlessly with the existing structure.

OUR SOLUTION

PSA completed a full Mechanical and Electrical design and site supervision of the project. We delivered the project on a tight timescale due to the constraints and limitations of the funding,. The project was delivered to meet low energy criteria stipulated by the NHS Trust.

THE OUTCOME

The new building now houses additional services next to the original GP surgery including,  dentistry, clinics, audiology, podiatry and treatment rooms.
