Our biggest and proudest achievement at PSA is the team we’ve built. Our people are what make PSA what it is; they enable us to deliver work at the highest levels of excellence and create a great working environment. The better everyone gets along, the easier the work flows. Part of that is ensuring everyone is working towards their own personal goals. Learning & development is one of the top key values we hold. It’s the reason why we have five engineers currently studying for their degree apprenticeship and why we hold weekly CPD events. The knowledge and skill we hold as a team are what sets us apart.
Over the years, we’ve developed a robust learning programme at PSA. Everyone who comes into the business—whether for school work experience, college placement, as a trainee, or senior manager—goes through some level of learning programme. This marries together academic learning with practical application and the soft skills needed to competently liaise with clients and in on-site situations.

To do this, we have a consistent CPD programme from external suppliers and training providers. This is also a requirement for CIBSE and other professional bodies of which all our engineers are members.

Our team has been active in community support, participating in events like the Cross Bay Walk for Baby Beat and Walk the Big One for Shelter, while also supporting local organisations such as Zoe’s Place and food bank initiatives.
