ICN 

Innovation Chain North (ICN) is a framework for construction and associated professional services procured under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.

It has been designed to support the delivery of new homes and associated social infrastructure across the North of England.

The framework includes lots for contractors, apartment specialist contractors, principal contractors for the delivery of modular homes and associated professional services.

RISE

Founded in 2016 to drive social value through capital projects, RISE brings together 100 reputable supply partners across 17 groupings, delivering high-quality capital works and services for NHS Foundation Trusts, Universities, Local Authorities, and Housing Associations.

The framework demonstrates its commitment to ethical business practices and local economic growth, with 96% of supply partners being SMEs that create employment opportunities and deliver value for money. 

Led by an experienced director with over 30 years in public and private sector leadership, RISE operates with a deep understanding of community needs, placing social-economic impact at the core of its mission to improve living standards and restore dignity to vulnerable communities.

EN:Procure Construction Consultancy Services 

The framework sources the best to build a leading edge supply chain for all aspects of construction consultancy for registered social housing providers and public sector contracting authorities primarily across Yorkshire and Humber, the East Midlands and North West.

The Gen-4 framework fits the new requirements of public sector bodies in a fast-changing environment, with higher attention to data protection, the Modern Slavery Act, the Equality Act, sustainability, plus modern solutions to social value benefits.

BLOOM

As the leading marketplace for professional services, Bloom expertly connects Buyers and Suppliers across the UK’s public sector. Its approach seamlessly matches the requirements of both, meeting exact requirements and chosen outcomes.
