The NCIC Community Estates team manages various sites including Carlisle Cancer Centre. Our team’s NHS background and existing relationship with the hospital positioned us perfectly to understand the unique requirements. The partnership has involved regular audits, safety group participation and ongoing consultancy, ensuring the hospital maintains robust electrical safety standards. CLIENT OBJECTIVES

The NCIC Community Estates team needed a trusted partner to oversee its electrical low voltage systems as Authorising Engineer. The primary aim was to work with a team who understood the complexities of hospital environments and could maintain high safety standards.
