We appreciate that not all our clients are technically minded therefore we regularly attend meetings with them, the associated building management team and the end users to ensure their ‘expectations’ are not only met, but wherever possible, exceeded.
Concept & Feasibility Reports
We have carried out numerous concept and feasibility reports on behalf our clients in order to allow them to analyse the viability of their proposed projects from beginning to end. Our aim is to increase your probability of business success by identifying any potential weaknesses early within your project.
Performance Specifications
We appreciate that some projects lend themselves to the advantages associated with Design and Build procurement. We have assisted numerous clients in producing Employer Requirements up to RIBA Stage C and beyond whilst also being novated to the appointed contractor to complete the detailed M&E design on the majority of our projects.
Detailed Design Specification & Drawings
Whether employed by the client or contractor, we have a long history of producing quality and robust detailed design specifications and drawings. The quality of these documents is essential to a projects successful delivery and evidence of this can been seen in the numerous projects we have successfully delivered over the years.
3D Building Information Modelling (BIM) Autodesk Revit
Building Information Modelling (BIM) is changing how buildings, infrastructure, services and utilities are planned, designed, built and managed. We understand this, which is why we have in-house Autodesk Revit software capabilities which we have successfully utilised on a range of projects both small and large.
Design Calculations Cymap/Hevacomp
When carrying out our various design calculations, we utilise industry standard design software tools such as Hevacomp, and more recently Cymap. These packages assist us in ensuring our proposed designs, drawings and specifications are not only accurate but also compliant and efficient.
Dynamic Thermal Modelling EDSL TAS
To further enhance our design process we are able to provide dynamic thermal analysis software via fully trained engineers utilising our EDSL TAS software package. Where required, this software can help to provide a value engineered solution by optimising services/plant loads within your buildings.
